everyone's a critic

Well, despite the fact that my website is at present parked on the side of the information-super-highway (is it still called that?), I'm sure it's going to be great. This site is intended to allow readers looking for a good book, or something particularly delicious, a few opinions. Of course, I'm interested in other peoples opinions as well--so if you've read any of the books I'd love to know what you thought of them. Or maybe what I should read next.

Since I am going back to university in September the site will only be updated once a month. Mostly because I'm majoring in English and doubt I will have time to indulge in books many books outside of the course guide *sigh*. In any case if you notice that some of the links aren't there yet/don't work, please forgive me, I'm getting around to it. In the mean time, enjoy what is here. Oh, and I'm trying to fix the map on the side of the page--I hate pop-ups, maybe someone could help me?
